Plan B … It’s official

Recent posts on this blog argued for a Plan B for managing climate change. These posts have been surpassed by an excellent paper, “The Copenhagen Accord for limiting global warming: Criteria, constraints, and available avenues” by Veerabhadran Ramanathan and Yangyang Xu. http://www.pnas.org/content/107/18/8055.short

It should bring a new reality. It even looks beautiful to look at before reading a word. It makes the reliance on the UK Govenment’s Plan A look implausable.

But does the UK Government know about it? CCQ will ask.   If they do, are they planning any policy changes? CCQ will find out.  (For a rethink, they might start with ccq’s sister sites nobeef.org.uk, nocars.org.uk, nohighbuildings.org.uk, nobottles.org.uk and also try  renewalcities.org)
