Recent posts on this blog argued for a Plan B for managing climate change. These posts have been surpassed by an excellent paper, “The Copenhagen Accord for limiting global warming: Criteria, constraints, and available avenues” by Veerabhadran Ramanathan and Yangyang Xu. http://www.pnas.org/content/107/18/8055.short
It should bring a new reality. It even looks beautiful to look at before reading a word. It makes the reliance on the UK Govenment’s Plan A look implausable.
